Jagatsinghpur ( Orissa ) : governor M C Bhandare called upon students saying ‘ education is the powerful weapon to eradicate poverty in country and stressed to uphold the age old and great Indian traditions and values respecting parents and teachers and get their blessings for future prosperity’.

Addressing golden jubilee function of the Nalibar high school six km away from here on Saturday evening, he said that the students are back bone and future of the country so it is urgent needs of the country to build up good student as consequence both union and state governments are putting much more emphasis on education in recent times so the students should take care for getting its advantages, he viewed.

He stressed that success is not a destination but a continuous journey so the students to adopt this principle in carrier for enlightening knowledge and carrier building in future.
