Balasore, (Odisha) : The Excise department today arrested one Rabi Sena (23) of Barabati area and seized around 25 grams of brown sugar from his possession.

The accused while ferrying the contraband worth of about Rs 2.5 lakh in a two wheeler was caught near Orderbazar in Balasore town, Excise official said.
