Apparently, some moviegoers recently got their own taste of drama while watching the Emraan Hashmi starrer at a cinema hall in Ghaziabad.As per reports, a screening of the film reportedly took an uncomfortable turn after the audience complained about the air conditioning not functioning properly. With the auditorium becoming increasingly hot and humid, several moviegoers allegedly found it difficult to breathe and eventually walked out before the interval.One moviegoer took to Instagram to share their experience, writing, “@moviemax.cinemas turned our movie night into an unventilated nightmare. The AC was barely running, making the hall so humid that all of us couldn’t even breathe properly. When we complained to on-site management, they failed to fix it. We had to walk out before the interval—completely unable to watch what we paid for. Deficient service, zero accountability, and complete disregard for customer comfort. Avoid @moviemax.cinemas at all costs! ❌”The complainant claimed that the issue was immediately reported to the theatre staff, with the hope that the malfunctioning AC would be fixed. However, the problem allegedly persisted despite the complaint being raised.According to the moviegoer, the management cited multiple reasons for the AC failure but was unable to resolve the situation. With the auditorium becoming progressively more uncomfortable, the group ultimately decided to leave the screening before the interval.
