Actress Khushi Kapoor, daughter of producer Boney Kapoor, has added a new residential property to her name in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West locality. According to property registration documents, the young actress purchased the flat for Rs 63 lakh.

Property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix confirm Kapoor as the buyer, with the deal valued at Rs 63 lakh. The buyer also paid Rs 3.15 lakh towards stamp duty, and the registration for this compact apartment was completed on September 1, 2026. As per the documents, the flat is situated in Samtadeep Building on 25th Road in Bandra West, an area long known as one of Mumbai’s prime residential hubs and a favourite among celebrities. The property spans a carpet area of 180 sq ft, with a built-up area of 216 sq ft.

Calculating from the registered consideration value and carpet area, the price comes to roughly Rs 35,000 per sq ft on a carpet-area basis, while the built-up area rate works out to about Rs 29,167 per sq ft.
