In a comment she posted recently, the ‘Princess Diaries’ star revealed that she is at risk of losing her health benefits. Earlier, Jack Haven, star of ‘Atypical’ and ‘I Saw The TV Glow,’ recently went viral for sharing their plight on social media, stating they needed work soon and needed USD 4000 to prevent their SAG-AFTRA health insurance under SAG-AFTRA from lapsing.While replying to an account that had shared the news about Haven’s plight, Heather admitted that she is going through the same thing. She posted, “I am literally in the same boat right now. Lots of my fellow actors are. I remember a time when we didn’t have to earn a minimum to qualify for insurance. Glad to see that Jack has gotten an offer that will let them qualify for 2027.”Heather last appeared in the 2025 film ‘Paper Tiger.’ Other than that, she also had a recurring role in the OTT series ‘Wednesday’ alongside Jenna Ortega. She played the role of Judi Spannagel, the cheerful yet sinister executive assistant to Dr Rachael Fairburn at the Willow Hill Psychiatric Facility in season two of the hit show. Some of her other recent works also include ‘Welcome to the Dollhouse,’ ‘The Devil’s Advocate,’ and ‘Scream 3.‘ Other than that, ‘Princess Diaries 3’ is confirmed to be in development; however, it has not been confirmed who all from the original cast will be returning for the movie alongside Anne Hathaway.
Jack Haven admits they got a lot of offers
Soon after their video went viral online, Haven shared another video on their YouTube channel confirming that they received many work offers after their appeal went viral. The actor, who recently appeared in ‘Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma,’ shared, “I got a lot of offers. So, thank you, guys. Thank you for your love and your kindness. I really feel overwhelmed. My manager, Adam, said it was like, It’s a Wonderful Life. I feel kind of crazy, too, because I didn’t really expect [this]. I didn’t expect this many people to see the video.”According to guidelines shared on SAG-AFTRA’s official website, this year, actors qualifying for health benefits under the guild were required to earn a minimum of USD 28,090 for health insurance. It has also been confirmed that the overall amount is going to rise to a total of USD 28,933 from next year onwards. The USD 900 rise will be added to the total annual earnings up until 2030, according to the website.
