Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are considering legal action after Presley Gerber’s demise

RadarOnline.com reported recently that the model and the businessman are considering taking the legal route to deal with the aftermath of their son’s passing. According to the report, the couple is looking for answers and accountability after their son passed away in his private room after checking into the Santa Monica treatment facility.A statement from the report read, “Cindy and Rande don’t just want answers—they want accountability. They are exploring every legal option available. If mistakes were made, they want consequences,” further adding, “Their son was taken there because he needed help. The question they are asking is, how did a vulnerable 27-year-old end up alone in a room just hours before he died? Who was responsible for watching him?”Another statement from Rob Shuter’s ‘Naughty But Nice’ page added that they are looking to shut the case down and seek proper answers into what happened to their son to ensure no other family goes through anything like this.

The sober house and Presley Gerber’s sober coach knew about his condition

According to an earlier report shared by TMZ, Gerber’s sober coach was well aware that the model had been using again. Despite this, he contacted the sober house, inquiring whether they had space for him, to which an attendant at the facility agreed to house him for the night. The report also stated that the facility employee was well aware Gerber was under the influence and, despite rules and regulations, let him stay there. The outlet also shared Gerber’s final moments online: a video in which the 27-year-old was seen filming himself. After that, he panned the camera around to share a glimpse of the facility where he was staying. In the video, he wore a chain and a white tank top as he showed the camera around the facility, which included a community sleeping area with several beds, a balcony area with a view of the nearby mountains and the recreational area in the yard.
