Rourkela: A fire broke out at a public sector bank in Sundargarh town on Monday, damaging several documents. “The fire broke out in the bank around 9.15 am. As the bank hadn’t opened at that time, no one was hurt. People outside saw smoke billowing out of the bank branch and informed the fire station,” a police officer said. Fire service personnel subsequently doused the fire. “We suspect that a short circuit might be the cause of fire,” a fire official said.
