NEW DELHI: NEW DELHI: Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Friday hit out at the Centre over train cancellations on the day of the CJP’s planned protest in Delhi, demanding the removal of chief election commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. He also asserted that police permission was not required to hold a protest at Jantar Mantar, a designated protest site.“Shut down entire country if you are scared of youth,” Dipke said.“Jantar Mantar is a designated site to protest, police permission not needed,” he said, referring to the CJP’s planned demonstration in Delhi.Dipke’s strong remarks came after Delhi Police announced restrictions involving 57 metro stations in the city.The Railways also announced the cancellation of several Mail and Express trains scheduled to arrive at New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin railway stations on Saturday, October 10, the day of CJP planned protest at Jantar Mantar.
