Hrusikesh MohantyBerhampur: Two persons were arrested on Wednesday for allegedly illegally transporting wild boar meat in a motorcycle after hunting the animal near Pankal under Samantiapalli forest range in Ganjam’ s Berhampur forest range. The accused persons were identified as Vaira Sethi and Laxman Sahoo, both aged 50 and from Belapada village. Around 10kgs of meat and a motorcycle were seized, said forest officers. They have seized the head and legs of the animal from the site of poaching.
